September Client of the Month
We’re so excited to introduce our client of the month for September. Lynn has been training with Shinta, at The Body Studio, twice a week, for a year. She comes in for training at the impressively early time of 6:30 in the morning. Lynn likes to be challenged in each session, and with her fun personality and positive attitude, she completes each challenge with a smile on her face. She likes to run in the evening for extra cardio. This past summer, she ran in the Fourth of July, 5K Parade Run, in Redwood City and finished very well.
In her year at the studio, Lynn has lost 10 pounds and has been able to maintain her goal weight. Moreover, she just had a routine checkup for Osteopenia. Increasing her bone mass was one of the reasons Lynn started up her weight training at the studio. In a year, her bone mass test result has improved on her hips and spinal area. Her doctor was very pleased with her progress, and told her to keep doing weight training and bearing exercises.
